Prices

Prices include the retreat sessions, accommodation and board plus group airport transfer from and to Rome Fiumicino. Collection from other locations can be arranged for an additional charge.

Beverages, mini-bar and any health or beauty treatments are extra so we kindly ask you to settle your bill before you leave.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal. Please contact us directly if you prefer to pay via bank transfer.

We ask for a 50% deposit if you’re booking more than 8 weeks prior to your departure date. We’ll ask you for the remaining balance at 8 weeks before departure.

If you’re booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure, we ask for the full payment of your retreat.

Refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your retreat start date, and have already paid the final balance amount, we’ll refund 50% of this remaining payment. For cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to your departure, we retain the balance.

Insurance

Please ensure that you’ve arranged your own travel and medical insurance prior to your departure.

Flight confirmation

It’s your responsibility to check flight times with your airline for out-bound and in-bound flights.

Transfers

If you’ve opted for a transfer with us, but change your mind for whatever reason, please notify us within 24 hours prior to departure so that we’re not waiting for you at the Fiumicino.

If you’ve requested transport from another location and need to cancel this, please give us 4 days notice.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that FabCircle has to cancel your holiday through no fault of your own, we will notify you as quickly as possible. We’ll endeavour to find an alternative date for you or reimburse the amount you’ve paid to FabCircle.

Exclusions of liability

  • Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control.
  • Guests medical or psychiatric/emotional conditions which may become apparent during their stay.
  • Existing medical conditions.
    • It’s your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that could prevent or affect your participation in any activities during your stay. This includes any food intolerances or mobility issues. We are not responsible for any damage direct or indirect to your health.
  • Loss of, or damage to, personal property. We’d therefore recommend that you don’t travel with or bring items of value with your during your stay with us.

 

Please Note: Whilst we have a broad range of experience we may not be in a position to assist everyone. If we believe that we do not have the necessary skills, or resources to add value to you then we will notify you accordingly.
