A:  Yes, we can cater for a number of different diets. We’ll contact you for details once we’ve received your booking. We’ll do our best to provide you with the right food.

Q:  Can you arrange for me to be met at Rome airport?

A:  Yes. We collect our guests every Thursday afternoon from Rome Fiumicino between  15.00 to 15.30 only for retreats at Villa Lina. For La Vecchia Fattoria please see the traveling to page.

Q:  I’d like to stay on for a few extra days locally in Italy. Can you recommend anywhere?

A:  Yes, you can stay on at the venues depending on their availability. Alternatively, we’ll do our best to help you find a different location.

Q:  What does the price include for retreats in Italy?

A:  Prices include the retreat, accommodation and board (as specified for each retreat) plus group airport transfer from and to Rome Fiumicino. Collection from other locations can be arranged for an additional charge.

Beverages, mini-bar and any health or beauty treatments are extra so we kindly ask you to settle your bill before you leave.

Q:  What’s your refund policy?

A:  The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your retreat start date, and have already paid the final balance amount, we’ll refund 50% of of this remaining payment. For cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to your departure, we retain the balance.

Q:  What’s the format for the week?

A:  For those using our transfer service, we’ll collect you from Rome Fiumicino between 15.00 and 15.30. We ask all guests to arrive in time for our welcome reception at 19.00 hours.

Daily sessions run from 09.30 – 12.30 and from 14.30 – 17.00. These are guidelines only and may vary according to the type of retreat and the group. Some retreats may also include evening activities.

We allow one day of free time. You can explore the area or simply rest and relax at our venue.

On departure day, our transfer service leaves Villa Lina at 12.00 noon. This allows time to catch the BA0559 17.15 flight to London.

Q:  What can I expect the weather to be like in Italy?

A:  Our first retreats start in March. At this time, it can still be cold but sunny. The temperature usually starts to rise in April.  July and August are the hottest months. It generally stays warm through October. Then we’re into Autumn and Winter!

Q:  How many people are there in the average group?

A:  The number varies. We run retreats with a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 40.

Q:  What’s the average age of people attending the retreats?

A:  It varies. We offer a number of retreats that focus on different life stages. Plus those that are open to all regardless of life experience.

Q:  Can I bring a friend or partner if they aren’t participating in the sessions?

A:  Yes you can. However, we can’t reduce the price.
