Meet Caroline…
Caroline’s a seeker of wisdom and a ‘pointer of the way’. She’s a psychologist and life long student of philosophy and metaphysics, a Reiki master, spiritual healer and intuitive. Caroline’s also an inspired entrepreneur who has created many successful enterprises over 30 years and is now providing ‘guardian angel’ mentoring and consultancy to businesses and individuals. Caroline provides creative and strategic solutions and helps businesses become more socially responsible and encourages them to measure their success not just in terms of profit but in terms of the mental, emotional and physical health of their employees.

As a young child Caroline had many ‘spiritual’ experiences. She had regular ‘flying’ and out of body experiences. And at the age of 9 she had a moment of pure ecstasy in chapel at her convent boarding school, which she has remembered all her life.

From an early age, Caroline was a rebel. Aged 15 she set off on a life-long study of the world’s religions, ancient civilizations and teachings in order to answer the big questions of Who am I? Why am I here? Is there a God? What is Life All About? What is my Purpose?

Through a combination of study, spiritual retreats and courses, life experiences and meditation Caroline came to recognise AND experience that we are all one, we are all connected, we are separate incarnations of the one having a human experience, and the big questions can only be answered by each one of us as it is each individual who gives meaning to their particular life.

For many years, Caroline found that her business activities and spiritual life existed in parallel worlds but around 5 years ago Caroline decided that the time had come to live an authentic life where her daily thoughts, personal relationships and business activities were aligned with her spiritual and heart felt values and there could no longer be any separation. In 2008 she started to take the first steps towards realising her goal. Having spent many years studying alternative and complimentary theories and practices she decided to study the science of Psychology at Roehampton University.

Prior to completing her degree Caroline created her new creative and strategic consultancy Inspiring Enterprises and shortly afterwards formed a partnership with Debbie Arnold. Together they have created a new global grassroots inspirational movement Inspiration and Reinvention Groups and they are working on many other inspiring projects for clients. Caroline is living proof that you don’t have to decide what you are going to do or be for the rest of your life at 18!

Caroline faced many personal challenges including meningitis, a life threatening ovarian cyst, being unable to have children, loss of most of her sight in one eye. Her life has been touched by cancer suffered by close family members, husbands and friends. She has also witnessed first hand the impact of alcoholism.

Caroline has reinvented herself many times and she has always believed that if someone says you can’t do something, generally you can. Whether it serves you to do that particular something is another question and one that is best answered by asking if it is aligned with your values, passion and purpose.

Caroline inspires and helps people to identify these for themselves as she believes they are essential to living a truly fulfilling and meaningful life.
